Dear Vendors,
This is your invitation to join us for Weddings to Brag About Bridal & Special Event Show which will be held at The Mitchell Center on Sunday, October 24th, 2010, from 11:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. You will notice that we are starting 30 minutes earlier this year since the girls seem to like to come earlier.
We are looking forward to a great show this year and hope you will come join in on the fun and excitement!!
The vendor fee for the main floor is $385.00 and the deposit for the main floor is $192.50. The vendor fee for the side wall booths with pipe & drape is $395.00 and the deposit for the side wall booths is $197.50. Deposits are due with registration and the balance is due no later than October 1, 2010. Your deposit will hold your reservation until 10-01-10 at which time the balance is due. As a courtesy to all, we regret that we are unable to reserve space without payment.

Set-up times are Saturday, 10-23-10 from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Sunday starting at 8:00 A.M. Since they tend to come early, we all need to be ready for the public no later than 11:00 A.M. on Sunday.
You will receive your bridal information on all registered brides no later than 14 days after the show.
The diagram of the floor is on this site. Please make a note of your first, second and third location choice on your registration. We will do our best to comply with your wishes. We will call you and discuss your location before you are placed. We want everyone to be satisfied with their location.
